AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

• AI predictions are based on historical data and may not reflect current market conditions

• You should conduct your own due diligence before making any property decisions
• We recommend consulting with qualified professionals (real estate agents, lawyers, financial advisors)
• We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from reliance on our insights

Subscription and Payments

Waitlist and Early Access: Joining our waitlist is free. Early access members who join during the pre-launch phase will receive special pricing as advertised.

Once our platform launches, paid subscriptions will include:

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Billing on a monthly or annual basis
• Price changes with 30 days notice
• Refunds according to our refund policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on our platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software and algorithms
• AI models and data analysis tools
• Trademarks and branding

are owned by Property AI 360 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination
